Instructions:

This form is intended to support Google’s policy for Financial Services advertisers in Brazil.

  1. If you are an authorized representative (such as a marketing agency or subsidiary) that holds the Google Ads ID on behalf of your licensed client or parent company, please do not provide your own information, and instead provide the information of your client or parent company when applying.
  2. Once you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email (which will also be copied to Google).
  3. The confirmation email will include a code specific to your application (your “G2RS code”). Please save your G2RS code and keep it confidential.
  4. Within 5 days, you should receive notification from G2RS regarding your application status (eg, approved, denied).
  5. If approved, you must return to Google and enter your G2RS code in their form, along with identical information to that which is provided below.
WARNING: Do not apply for advertising with Google until your application with G2RS has been processed and approved. If you apply with Google prior to G2RS approval, your application will be denied.

Applicant warrants today and on a continuing basis that Applicant complies with any and all obligations that relate to the communication of, approval of, and restrictions on, financial promotions pursuant to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS LOCATED IN BRAZIL

General Personal Data Protection Act (LGPD), Chapter III, Article 18

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, in relation to his data processed by the controller, at any time and upon request:

  1.  I - Confirmation of the existence of processing;
  2.  II - Access to data;
  3.  III - Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  4.  IV - Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in violation of the provisions of this Law;
  5.  V - Portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, subject to commercial and industrial secrets;
  6.  VI - Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of this Law;
  7.  VII - Information on public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data;
  8.  VII - Information about the possibility of not giving consent and about the consequences of the refusal;
  9.  IX - Revocation of consent, pursuant to § 5 of art. 8 of this Law.
  1. The data subject has the right to petition regarding his data against the controller before the national authority.
  2. The data subject may oppose processing based on one of the hypotheses of waiver of consent, in case of non-compliance with the provisions of this Law.
  3. The rights provided for in this article shall be exercised upon the express request of the data subject or legally constituted representative to the processing agent.
  4. In the event of impossibility of immediate adoption of the measure referred to in § 3 of this article, the controller shall send the data subject an answer in which he may:
    1.  I - Communicate that he is not a data processing agent and indicate, whenever possible, the agent; or
    2.  II - Indicate the reasons of fact or law that prevent the immediate adoption of the measure.
  5. The request referred to in § 3 of this article shall be met at no cost to the data subject, within the time limits and under the terms provided for in the regulation.
  6. The responsible person shall immediately inform the processing agents with whom he has made shared use of data the correction, deletion, anonymization or blocking of the data, so that they repeat the same procedure. This provision does not apply in cases that the communication is manifestly impossible or result of a disproportional effort.
  7. The portability of the personal data referred to in item V of the caput of this article does not include data that has already been anonymized by the controller.
  8. The right referred to in § 1 of this article may also be exercised before consumer protection organizations.

I understand that G2RS Financial Services Verification is an international service which may involve the transfer of personal data to jurisdictions outside of the Federative Republic of Brazil. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to G2RS’s affiliates located in the United States and Vietnam solely for purposes of data storage and processing in connection with the G2RS Financial Services Verification service.
