Instructions:

This form is intended to support Google’s policy for Financial Services advertisers in Turkey.

  1. If you are an authorized representative (such as a marketing agency or subsidiary) that holds the Google Ads ID on behalf of your licensed client or parent company, please do not provide your own information, and instead provide the information of your client or parent company when applying.
  2. Once you complete the form, you will receive a confirmation email (which will also be copied to Google).
  3. The confirmation email will include a code specific to your application (your “G2RS code”). Please save your G2RS code and keep it confidential.
  4. Within 5 days, you should receive notification from G2RS regarding your application status (eg, approved, denied).
  5. If approved, you must return to Google and enter your G2RS code in their form, along with identical information to that which is provided below.
WARNING: Do not apply for advertising with Google until your application with G2RS has been processed and approved. If you apply with Google prior to G2RS approval, your application will be denied.

Applicant warrants today and on a continuing basis that Applicant complies with any and all obligations that relate to the communication of, approval of, and restrictions on, financial promotions pursuant to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

ADDENDUM FOR APPLICANTS LOCATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY

G2RS is the Data Controller for purposes of G2RS Financial Services Verification. G2RS collects personal data for purposes of providing financial services verification services as outlined in the above application. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law, Chapter 3, Article 10(1), data subjects located in Turkey have the right to request to the Data Controller:

  • to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,
  • to demand for information as to if his/her personal data have been processed,
  • to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
  • to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred in country or abroad,
  • to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
  • to request the erasure or destruction of his/her personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7,
  • to request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom his/her personal data have been transferred,
  • to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
  • to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.

I understand that G2RS Financial Services Verification is an international service which may involve the transfer of personal data to jurisdictions outside of the Republic of Turkey. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to G2RS’s affiliates located in the United States and Vietnam solely for purposes of data storage and processing in connection with the G2RS Financial Services Verification service.
